Midday Supervisor

Contract Type: Part Time, Fixed Term until 31st August 2027

Hours: 12:30pm - 2:30pm / 10 hours per week / Term Time only

Salary: NJC Level 1 Point 3, £13.28 per hour

Start date: ASAP

Closing date: Tuesday 3rd November 2026

Location: Linslade School

We are seeking a Midday Supervisor to join our team and provide a safe, happy, and well-supervised lunchtime for our pupils. This is an important role that contributes to the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

Linslade is an excellent school with a strong ethos of achievement and aspiration for all. The school has a well-established and enthusiastic team with a passion to develop and prepare students for the future. We provide a strong culture of support and care for our staff.

Your main duties will include:

  • Supervising children in the dining hall and playground.
  • Ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction.
  • Providing basic first aid as needed (training will be given).

As a trust committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, we expect all staff members to share this commitment. Consequently, applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
