Voor een groeiende en ambitieuze organisatie zijn we op zoek naar Accountmanagers Buitendienst om verschillende regio’s in Vlaanderen te versterken.

Als Accountmanager ben jij het gezicht van de organisatie bij klanten en partners. Je combineert commerciële drive met technische kennis en weet als geen ander hoe je klanten kunt adviseren, overtuigen én langdurig aan je binden.

Jouw uitdaging

Je krijgt een eigen regio en bouwt deze verder uit. Je onderhoudt bestaande klantenrelaties, maar gaat vooral ook actief op zoek naar nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Actief prospecteren en uitbouwen van een klantenportefeuille.
  • Bezoeken en adviseren van klanten in jouw regio.
  • Onderhouden en versterken van bestaande klantenrelaties.
  • Detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten en deze omzetten in concrete verkoop.
  • Adviseren van klanten over oplossingen binnen ventilatie, verwarming, HVAC en/of sanitair.
  • Opvolgen van offertes en onderhandelen over prijzen en voorwaarden.
  • Samenwerken met interne sales- en technische teams.
  • Opvolgen van de markt en identificeren van nieuwe opportuniteiten.
  • Rapporteren van je commerciële activiteiten en resultaten.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen over de groei van jouw regio.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral iemand met commerciële honger, technische affiniteit en een sterke drive om resultaten te behalen.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt ervaring als Accountmanager, Vertegenwoordiger, Sales Engineer, Technisch Commercieel Adviseur of een gelijkaardige commerciële functie.
  • Je hebt kennis of ervaring met ventilatie, verwarming, HVAC en/of sanitair.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en krijgt energie van klanten overtuigen en deals sluiten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet verschillende types klanten te benaderen.
  • Je kunt technische informatie vertalen naar duidelijke commerciële oplossingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je regio.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en werkt graag met duidelijke doelstellingen.
  • Je bent niet bang om de telefoon te nemen, prospecten te bezoeken en deuren te openen.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
