Gestalten Sie die Lieferkette von morgen Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d). In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die standortübergreifende Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung unserer Lieferkettenprozesse und tragen maßgeblich zur Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit, Bestandsoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Analyse, Planung und Optimierung von Artikel-, Material- und Warenflüssen entlang der gesamten Supply Chain
  • Weiterentwicklung von Forecast- und Absatzplanungsprozessen
  • Durchführung von Bestands- und Reichweitenanalysen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Einführung und Monitoring relevanter Supply-Chain-Kennzahlen und Dashboards
  • Identifikation und Bearbeitung von Engpässen sowie nachhaltige Verbesserung der Lieferfähigkeit
  • Mitarbeit in standort- und abteilungsübergreifenden Optimierungsprojekten
  • Analyse von Artikelstrukturen mittels ABC-/XYZ-Klassifizierungen
  • Unterstützung internationaler Tochtergesellschaften bei SCM-relevanten Fragestellungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Standardisierung und Digitalisierung von Supply-Chain-Prozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Produktion, Vertrieb und Logistik zur Sicherstellung eines durchgängigen Planungsprozesses

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Materialwirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder ein vergleichbares Studium
  • Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management, Produktionsplanung oder Materialdisposition
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kennzahlensystemen und Datenanalysen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit BI-Tools
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen (in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld)
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
