Liquid Personnel is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join their Children's Services team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Bolton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Social Worker who is passionate about driving high-quality practice, supporting staff development, and improving outcomes for children and families.
In this role, you will undertake a range of quality assurance activities including audits, dip sampling, practice reviews, and learning initiatives. You will work closely with managers and practitioners to promote best practice, embed learning from audits, and support continuous service improvement across Children's Services.
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker
- Social Work England Registration
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience within Children's Services
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and audit frameworks
- Understanding of the ILACS framework and inspection requirements
- Experience supporting, coaching, mentoring, or developing practitioners
- Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills
