Liquid Personnel are proud to be supporting Medway Council in recruiting a Senior Practitioner to join their Children's Social Work Team on a permanent basis.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of complex children's social work cases
  • Complete assessments, planning and interventions to safeguard children
  • Support and mentor less experienced social workers
  • Work alongside managers to drive high-quality practice across the team

For This Role You Will Need

  • Social Work qualification and SWE registration
  • Successful completion of ASYE
  • Experience within statutory Children's Services
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
