The posting

Liquid Personnel are in partnership with Knowsley Council to recruit a Social Worker within their Young Peoples Team working with older Looked after Children to prepare them for Leaving Care and also supporting Care Leavers 18+ with things like housing and education etc.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Involved in Pathway Planning, Reviewing, multi-agency working and supporting placement stability
  • Working closely with PA’s in the care experienced teams to support young people’s progression to independence

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have;

  • Hold a Social Work England registration.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Social Work Qualification, degree or equivalent.
