Position Summary

The Senior Product Manager owns Lirio's intelligence platform for enterprise healthcare engagement, spanning decisioning and orchestration, the healthcare integration layer, and the contracts that connect Lirio to enterprise ecosystems. This role turns Lirio's behavioral and AI-driven intelligence into reusable platform capabilities that deliver coordinated, personalized interventions at scale. They monitor market trends, emerging technologies, competitive offerings, and partner capabilities, translating insights into product strategy, technical requirements, and integration priorities. Working across Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, AI/ML, Behavioral Science, Design, Analytics, Security, and Client Success, they drive informed product and architectural trade-offs; ensure the platform remains reliable, interoperable, extensible, and scalable across healthcare verticals; establish metrics that demonstrate platform value; and embed healthcare compliance, security, and responsible AI practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Product Ownership

  • Own the roadmap and outcomes for Lirio’s intelligence platform, aligning priorities to business goals, product vision, client needs, and healthcare market trends.
  • Track market shifts, competitor and partner capabilities, and emerging technologies, turning insights into product direction that keeps Lirio differentiated and relevant.
  • Apply systems thinking and evidence-based decision-making to prioritize investments, make trade-offs across client, business, and platform needs.
  • Shape product initiatives around omnichannel personalization, ecosystem expansion, interoperability, identity and consent management, event-driven workflows, and enterprise deployment, translating opportunities into a clear backlog with requirements and success measures.
  • Own the evolution of Lirio’s healthcare integration layer that supports ecosystem (Epic, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Adobe) interoperability, including integrations with EHRs, HIEs, CRMs, digital experience platforms, and content management systems, as well as standards-based interoperability using FHIR, HL7, IAL2, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Lead the build-out of integrations with Lirio's partner platforms, assessing technical fit, defining and prioritizing the integration requirements, and driving them through to delivery.
  • Keep the platform reliable, interoperable, extensible, and scalable across healthcare verticals and enterprise environments.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, AI/ML, Behavioral Science, Design, Analytics, Security, and Client Success to shape direction, define requirements, and drive delivery.
  • Lead and influence across functions without direct authority, aligning teams around platform priorities and trade-offs.
  • Represent the platform to clients, partners, and executives, presenting recommendations, surfacing risks and dependencies, and challenging requests and assumptions when the product or evidence calls for it.

Outcomes, Compliance & Responsible AI

  • Establish and track platform success measures that inform prioritization, demonstrate value, and connect platform investments to measurable outcomes.
  • Embed healthcare compliance, security, and responsible AI into every stage of the product lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or platform products.
  • Strong product fundamentals, including product vision and strategy, discovery, requirements definition, outcomes-based prioritization, and success metrics.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare market and buyers (payers, providers, employers, retail health), with a track record of using market and competitive insight to shape product strategy, positioning, and differentiation.
  • Strong systems thinking and decision-making rigor, with the ability to reason across interconnected platforms, data, and integrations; weigh trade-offs using evidence; and make sound calls in ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
  • Experience defining or delivering partner, third-party, or platform integrations.
  • Demonstrated independent ownership of an ambiguous, technically complex product area, pairing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Proven ability to influence across functions without direct authority and to distinguish product strategy from project management.
  • Strong communicator who distills complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences, including customers and senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to validate assumptions and demonstrate business value.
  • Does not need to write production code, but must be comfortable understanding system architecture, APIs, data models, integrations, event-driven workflows, identity resolution, analytics, and technical constraints.
  • Relevant technical experience may include REST APIs and integration patterns; healthcare data and interoperability (FHIR, HL7, EHR, pharmacy, or claims data); cloud-based and event-driven platforms; data pipelines, reporting, experimentation, and measurement; identity, consent, privacy, and preference management; and enterprise scalability, reliability, observability, and security.
  • Skilled at stakeholder alignment, constructive challenge and conflict resolution while keeping stakeholders aligned around the best product decision.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data and regulatory requirements strongly preferred
  • Preferred: healthcare, digital health, payer/provider, retail health, or life sciences experience; experience with AI/ML-enabled or intelligence products; familiarity with HIPAA, PHI/ePHI, or regulated environments; startup or high-growth company experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
