Desde Soluciones HR acompañamos a una importante compañía multinacional del sector eléctrico en la búsqueda de un/a Líder Comercial, quien tendrá un rol clave en el desarrollo y consolidación de la gestión comercial en Argentina, con participación activa en iniciativas de crecimiento y expansión regional en Latinoamérica.

La posición implica asumir un protagonismo creciente en la estrategia comercial, colaborando en la coordinación del equipo de ventas, gestionando unidades de negocio vinculadas a redes de distribución y participando en procesos licitatorios con las principales distribuidoras eléctricas del país.

No se trata de un rol comercial tradicional: el desafío requiere un profundo conocimiento del mercado eléctrico, sus principales actores y dinámicas competitivas, capacidad de articulación con áreas técnicas y experiencia en entornos de negociación compleja. Al mismo tiempo, la posición ofrece la posibilidad de involucrarse en decisiones estratégicas, contribuir al desarrollo del negocio y asumir gradualmente mayores responsabilidades en la gestión comercial.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Impulsar el desarrollo equipo comercial, consolidando una gestión eficiente en todas las unidades de negocio.
  • Participar activamente en el diseño e implementación de acciones orientadas al crecimiento de la facturación y la rentabilidad.
  • Gestionar procesos licitatorios con compañías de distribución eléctrica y clientes estratégicos, asegurando competitividad en precios y condiciones.
  • Coordinar con el área técnica en etapas de especificación y desarrollo de propuestas de valor.
  • Planificar y administrar el presupuesto comercial (ventas, marketing, ferias, comunicación y representación institucional).
  • Afianzar relaciones de largo plazo con clientes target, posicionando a la compañía como socio estratégico.
  • Representar a la empresa en ferias, eventos y visitas comerciales en el interior y en la región.

Requisitos

  • Formación: Ingeniería Eléctrica (preferente) o Electromecánica. Posgrado en Comercialización (deseable).
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en posiciones comerciales senior en el sector eléctrico, con foco en redes de distribución y obras de baja y media tensión.
  • Conocimiento del mercado, principales competidores y dinámicas de las distribuidoras eléctricas.
  • Experiencia comprobable en procesos licitatorios y en la gestión de clientes del sector energético.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
