· Strategische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Social-Media-Kanäle mit zielgruppengerechter Content-Planung und Optimierung · Planung und Steuerung von Paid-Media-Kampagnen sowie Performance-Analyse und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen · Konzeption und Umsetzung von Video-/Bild-Content für all unsere Online-Kanäle · Gestaltung und Optimierung von Marketing-Workflows in HubSpot sowie Konzeption und Umsetzung von E-Mail-Marketing-Kampagnen, Mailings und Newsletters · Eigenständige Erstellung von Grafikarbeiten und Videoinhalten in geeigneten Grafikprogrammen · Betreuung und Pflege der Unternehmenswebsite in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Web-Dienstleister, inkl. Tracking und SEO- sowie KI-Optimierung · Evaluierung und Implementierung von KI-Tools im Marketing-Stack zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität von Marketing-Maßnahmen · Verwaltung und Optimierung von Online-Marketing-Plattformen · Sicherstellung einer DSGVO-konformen Nutzung aller Marketing-Systeme und -Maßnahmen · Betreuung und Anleitung von Auszubildenden und Praktikanten im Marketingbereich

Ihr Profil

· Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium · Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position · Offenheit und Grundaffinität für KI-Tools und deren Einsatz im Marketing · Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Produkten und gängigen Social Media-Plattformen · Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Suite · Organisationstalent und Kreativität sowie Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit · Sorgfältige, genaue, lösungsorientierte sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
