Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir eine_n 1 Büroallrounder/in (Vollzeit)

mit kaufmännischer Ausbildung und erster Berufserfahrung, auf Vollzeitbasis. Nach einer gut strukturierten Onboarding-Phase übernehmen Sie unter anderem die Organisation und Auftragsabwicklung nationaler und internationaler Warenströme sowie weitere administrative Agenden im Office.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Kaufmännische und administrative Tätigkeiten, z. B. Bestellwesen, Customer Service etc.

* Mitwirkung bei und spätere eigenständige Organisation nationaler und internationaler

Warenlieferungen (Schwerpunkt LKW, Schiff und Bahn; Komplett-, Teil- und Stückguttransporte)

* Administrative Abwicklung der Transporte (Angebotserstellung, Lieferscheine, Auftragsabwicklung, Dokumentenerstellung, Fakturierung)

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK oder vergleichbar)

* Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einem kaufmännischen Umfeld

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen EDV-Systemen

* Lernbereitschaft, schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent und Stressresistenz

* Teamplayer-Mentalität und Kommunikationsgeschick im Umgang mit nationalen und internationalen Partnern

* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Staplerschein von Vorteil. Sollte kein Staplerschein vorhanden sein, ist die Bereitschaft erforderlich, diesen im Rahmen der Einschulung über das Unternehmen zu absolvieren.
