IO Center ist das Herzstück von be quiet!, wenn es um die Konfiguration und Individualisierung unserer Hardware geht. Neben der Desktop-App für Windows bieten wir mit IO Center Web eine plattformübergreifende Browser-Version, die unseren Usern noch mehr Freiheit gibt und die volle Nutzung unserer Produkte ohne Installation ermöglicht.

Um diese Vision weiterzuentwickeln, suchen wir dich als Produktmanager Software. Du begleitest vor Ort die Weiterentwicklung von IO Center, priorisierst komplexe Anforderungen eigenverantwortlich und bringst gemeinsam mit unseren Entwicklern, Designern und Hardware-Teams innovative Features auf den Weg.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Die Roadmaps für IO Center und IO Center Web gemeinsam mit dem Team weiterentwickeln, verantworten und mit den Unternehmenszielen, technischen Abhängigkeiten und Nutzerbedürfnissen in Einklang bringen
  • Ideen in klare Spezifikationen und User Stories übersetzen
  • Anforderungen und Features für das Entwicklerteam definieren und priorisieren
  • Test- und Feedbackprozesse koordinieren und durchführen
  • Kundenfeedback und Marktanforderungen analysieren sowie daraus Verbesserungen ableiten und einplanen
  • Spezifikationen, Workflows und Release Notes dokumentieren und dafür sorgen, dass alle Stakeholder jederzeit wissen, was Sache ist

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medieninformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs beziehungsweise relevante Berufserfahrung in einem passenden Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, Projektmanagement oder als Product Owner
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Webtechnologien, Browserarchitekturen, Schnittstellen, Plattformabhängigkeiten sowie den Unterschieden zwischen Desktop- und Websoftware
  • Die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen in klare Anforderungen und Spezifikationen zu übersetzen und diese technischen sowie nicht technischen Stakeholdern verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Teamgeist und Freude daran, in komplexen Projekten viele Fäden zusammenzuführen
  • Erfahrung darin, Projekte mit klaren Zielen und Prioritäten voranzubringen und notwendige Entscheidungen herbeizuführen
  • Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Ein Plus wäre deine Begeisterung für Gaming und PC-Hardware, dein technisches Verständnis von PC-Komponenten und Eingabegeräten sowie Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden, Projektmanagementtools, Softwaretests und UX/UI.
