Powstaliśmy, aby odpowiadać za innowacje technologiczne, które zwiększają wartość Grupy i poziom korzystania z usług przez jej konsumentów i konsumentki. 🚀

Do tej pory stworzyliśmy aplikację Żabka Jush, dostępną w wersji na iOS oraz Android, umożliwiającą dostawę Twoich ulubionych produktów pod same drzwi. Możesz zamówić swoje zakupy na Jush! i otrzymać je nawet w 15 minut lub w supermarkecie delio, który pozwoli Ci na dopasowanie godziny dostawy do Twoich potrzeb. W Lite e-Commerce tworzymy najnowocześniejsze technologie, które ułatwią Ci życie.

Aktualnie poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Junior Real Time Operations Specialist Customer Support, która dołączy do bohaterek i bohaterów Lite w misji technologicznego rozwoju świata! 🦸💙

Poszukujemy osoby do stałej współpracy, która dołączy do nas od lutego

🎯 Będziesz odpowiadać za:

  • pomoc użytkownikom aplikacji w wykorzystaniu pełni jej potencjału, wspierając ich na czacie, telefonicznie i mailowo;
  • pomoc Riderom Jush w sprawnym dowożeniu zamówień do klientów oraz szybkim rozwiązywaniu problemów z dostawą;
  • raportowanie problemów technicznych;
  • współpracę z zespołem operacji w celu zapewnienia sprawnego działania procesów;
  • nadzór nad przepływem zamówień w czasie rzeczywistym;
  • rozwiązywanie problemów powstałych przy dostawach;

✅ Zaaplikuj do nas, jeśli:

  • mieszkasz w Warszawie, Wrocławiu, Krakowie lub ich okolicach;
  • masz minimum 6 miesięcy doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku;
  • jesteś osobą otwartą i komunikatywną;
  • jesteś dyspozycyjny/a 5 dni w tygodniu (w tym dwa/trzy weekendy w miesiącu);
  • jesteś gotowy/a do pracy w systemie zmianowym;
  • cechuje Cię szybkość w działaniu;
  • bardzo dobrze komunikujesz się w języku polskim i angielskim.

🎁 Zapewniamy:

  • wynagrodzenie: 32 PLN brutto/h na umowie zlecenie;
  • bonus kwartalny do 10%;
  • pracę zdalną, ale raz w miesiącu lubimy popracować z biura w Warszawie albo z magazynu we Wrocławiu lub Krakowie.
