Ihre Aufgaben

  • Konzeption & Auslegung: Planung und Auslegung elektrotechnischer Öfen und deren Komponenten sowie die Entwicklung neuer Anschluss‑ und Verdrahtungskonzepte für unsere Hochtemperaturtechnik.
  • Engineering Demonstrationsanlage: Mitarbeit beim Engineering unserer vollelektrischen Demonstrationsanlage, sowie Erstellung technischer Unterlagen.
  • SPS‑Programmierung: Entwicklung von Programmierbeschreibungen und SPS‑Programmierung (inklusive Visualisierung) an Pilot‑ und Demoanlage; Koordination externer Programmierer.
  • Pilotanlagenbetrieb & Umbauten: Umsetzung elektrotechnischer Umbauten an unserer Pilotanlage inkl. Koordination von Fremdfirmen; Beschaffung von elektrotechnischen Komponenten, Mess‑ und Labortechnik; Unterstützung bei Versuchskampagnen.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Bachelor, Master, Dipl.‑Ing., Techniker) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung. Alternativ ist auch eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung willkommen.
  • Erfahrung in der Auslegung und Konstruktion von Schaltschränken, Feldverdrahtung und elektrischem Heizequipment; hohes Prozessverständnis auch für nicht‑elektrotechnische Anlagen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Programmierung industrieller Steuerungen (idealerweise Beckhoff, strukturierter Text) und deren Visualisierung.
  • Vertrautheit mit relevanten Normen und Richtlinien (insbesondere Maschinenrichtlinie); idealerweise Erfahrung mit Brownfield‑Projekten sowie Entwicklung von First‑of‑a‑Kind‑Lösungen.
  • Hands‑on‑Mentalität, Reise‑ und Baustelleneinsatzbereitschaft, Führerschein Klasse B; gute Deutsch‑ und gute Englischkenntnisse.
