We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our team at Woodbridge Hyundai.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage vehicle contracts once initiated by Brand Ambassador/Specialists.
  • Process finance and lease deals through financial sources to secure approval.
  • Ensure that funding documents are completed and signed by customers, then sent to the relevant funding company for processing.
  • Confirm receipt of deposit for sold vehicles.
  • Enter warranty purchases to DMS (CDK).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

What You'll Bring:

  • 1+ years experience in a comparable role
  • Experience with licensing, CDK and One-Eighty
  • Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
  • Work flexible hours (evenings and weekends) based on retail hours of operation.

Compensation: $42,600 annual salary + monthly bonuses

Reports To: Sales Manager

Location: Onsite in Woodbridge, Ontario

Position Availability: This is an existing vacancy

Schedule: Time vary, 8 hour shifts full-time
