We are looking to add an F&I Manager to our growing team! We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to become a part of our customer-focused sales team. We truly are a team, and we are selective as to who we add to that team. We look for people who love what they do, bring positive energy with them every day, and take pride in providing great customer service above all else.

Must have experience in the auto industry, knowledge of F&I regulations, and maintain high customer service satisfaction. If you like a challenge and getting results, this position could be right for you. Being confident, independent, and driven to win is critical. You will report to the Sales Manager.

This is an on-site position located in Wappingers Falls, NY.

Qualifications

  • Automotive F&I experience in a Dealership setting Preferred
  • CDK experience a huge plus!
  • Documentation of current and past performance
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years of dealership finance experience is required
  • A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals

Estimated Earning Potential: $150,000 to $200,000
