Schedule: Open availability required, including Saturdays

You will report to the Service Manager.

This is an on-site position in Albany, NY.

What You'll Do

  • Promote communication between customers and technicians
  • Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
  • Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
  • You will write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
  • You will communicate additional service needs based on inspections
  • Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
  • You will keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ years of Service Advisor experience
  • Automotive technician background helpful
  • 1+ years of experience with vehicle systems and maintenance
  • You will manage your time
  • You will work independently and with a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation

Estimated annual Com: $64,000 to $125,000

(Earnings based on performance, experience, and commission)
