V svojo ekipo vabimo 2 nova sodelavca, ki bosta okrepila področje priprave in nastavljanja orodij za CNC proizvodnjo.

STROJNI TEHNIK V NASTAVLJALNICI ORODIJ

Kot nastavljalec orodij boš skrbel za pripravo, nastavitev in nadzor rezalnih orodij za CNC stroje. Tvoja naloga bo zagotoviti, da so orodja pravočasno pripravljena, pravilno nastavljena in tehnično brezhibna za uporabo v proizvodnji. S svojim delom boš pomembno prispeval k zanesljivemu in kakovostnemu poteku strojne obdelave, saj bodo pravilno pripravljena orodja omogočala natančno in učinkovito proizvodnjo ključnih komponent za hidroenergetske projekte.

🎯 Kaj boš pri nas delal?

  • priprava, nastavitev in merjenje rezalnih orodij za CNC stroje
  • kontrola dimenzij in pravilne nastavitve orodij pred uporabo
  • montaža in demontaža orodij ter držal
  • vnos in preverjanje korekcij orodij v sistemu
  • spremljanje stanja in obrabe orodij
  • menjava obrabljenih ali poškodovanih orodij
  • evidenca, označevanje in organizacija orodij v orodjarni
  • osnovna kontrola kakovosti pripravljenih orodij
  • sodelovanje z operaterji in programerji CNC strojev
  • skrb za urejenost in organizacijo orodjarne
  • upoštevanje varnostnih in tehnoloških predpisov pri delu

👤 Koga iščemo?

Iščemo sodelavca, ki ga veseli delo z orodji, natančnost in tehnično okolje proizvodnje.

Pričakujemo:

  • najmanj srednješolsko izobrazbo tehnične smeri (strojništvo)
  • zaželeno vsaj 1 leto izkušenj z orodji ali CNC proizvodnjo
  • tehnično razumevanje rezalnih orodij in strojne obdelave
  • natančnost, zanesljivost in odgovornost pri delu
  • dobre ročne spretnosti
  • pripravljenost za timsko sodelovanje v proizvodnji

Prednost imajo kandidati z izkušnjami:

  • v CNC proizvodnji
  • z nastavljanjem ali vzdrževanjem orodij
  • z uporabo merilnih instrumentov.
