Your Mission

In this role, you will focus on generating high-quality leads through proactive outreach, engaging potential customers with professionalism and clarity. You will work closely with the wider sales team to ensure every opportunity is captured, nurtured, and efficiently handed over for conversion. Your day will involve identifying target prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively positioning the organisations value to encourage interest. Accuracy in logging activity, maintaining CRM records, and consistently achieving targets will be central to your success.

Key Competencies

Proven experience in a lead generation or sales-focused role.

Confident communicator with excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage pipelines effectively.

Motivated, target-driven, and eager to exceed expectations.

Ability to quickly understand customer needs and articulate value.

IT literate with good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
