Job Overview

We are delighted to represent our client in offering an opportunity to join their team as a Telecoms Solutions Advisor. Working alongside a dedicated telecoms team, you will use your expertise to understand customers' challenges and provide expert guidance. Your goal is to ensure that innovation remains at the forefront of the clients mind while delivering reliable, long-term solutions that are straightforward and transparent.

Your primary responsibility will be to get past the gatekeeper, engage with key decision-makers, and introduce our telecommunications offerings. You will play a crucial role in building the sales pipeline, closing deals, and contributing to ambitious growth plans.

Your Mission

As a Telecoms Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with key decision-makers, ensuring our clients telecommunications solutions are front of mind. You will work strategically to navigate past gatekeepers, introduce the companys innovative offerings, and build a strong sales pipeline. Your role will be crucial in driving business growth, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Youll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, using your expertise to provide transparent and effective telecom solutions.

Key Competencies

  • Experience and confidence in telephone call handling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, maintaining calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities.
