Nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) de Projets Industrialisation pour rejoindre notre équipe R&D. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable du pilotage de projets liés aux nouveaux équipements d’assemblage ainsi qu’aux initiatives d’amélioration continue visant à optimiser la qualité, les coûts et la performance industrielle. Vous interviendrez dans un environnement technique exigeant et collaboratif, en coordonnant des équipes pluridisciplinaires et en contribuant activement à l’industrialisation de nouveaux produits.

À propos du poste :

  • Piloter un ou plusieurs projets d’industrialisation depuis l’analyse du besoin jusqu’à la qualification des solutions mises en œuvre.
  • Animer et coordonner des équipes projets pluridisciplinaires afin d’atteindre les objectifs de qualité, coûts et délais.
  • Définir les objectifs, les livrables, les plannings et assurer le suivi global des projets.
  • Élaborer les cahiers des charges, spécifications techniques et documents fonctionnels nécessaires aux projets.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Process, Produit, Automatisme, Production, Qualité et Maintenance afin de garantir le succès des projets.
  • Piloter les relations techniques avec les fournisseurs externes, de la définition du besoin au suivi des performances.
  • Identifier, évaluer et maîtriser les risques qualité liés aux projets et aux procédés industriels.
  • Analyser les équipements existants et proposer des améliorations visant à renforcer leur fiabilité et leur efficacité.
  • Participer à la validation, à la qualification et au déploiement de nouveaux procédés de fabrication.
  • Assurer le reporting régulier de l’avancement des projets auprès des parties prenantes et de la direction.
  • Représenter le service lors des réunions internes et externes et contribuer au partage des meilleures pratiques.

À propos de vous :

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur ou formation supérieure technique avec expérience en industrialisation, gestion de projets industriels ou domaine similaire.
  • Bonne connaissance de la micromécanique, des procédés d’assemblage et des environnements industriels automatisés.
  • Expérience dans la gestion et la coordination de projets transversaux.
  • Connaissances des outils qualité, des méthodes d’amélioration continue et des outils statistiques.
  • Capacité à élaborer des spécifications techniques, analyser des problématiques complexes et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et capacité à travailler en anglais dans un contexte professionnel.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et aptitude à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Leadership, autonomie, sens de l’organisation et capacité à fédérer des équipes autour d’objectifs communs.
  • Esprit d’analyse, force de proposition et engagement dans la recherche d’amélioration continue.
  • Orientation résultats, sens des responsabilités et souci constant de la qualité.
