El Ingeniero de Mantenimiento es responsable de administrar, optimizar y gestionar los recursos, métodos y estrategias de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo para garantizar la máxima disponibilidad de los equipos productivos. Sobre tu puesto

En esta posición tendrás la oportunidad de liderar las actividades de mantenimiento dentro de un entorno de manufactura dinámico, impulsando la confiabilidad de los equipos y la mejora continua de los procesos productivos.

Tus responsabilidades incluyen:

  • Supervisar y coordinar al personal técnico de mantenimiento para asegurar la correcta ejecución de actividades preventivas y correctivas.
  • Identificar y analizar fallas mediante herramientas de análisis de causa raíz para implementar acciones correctivas sostenibles.
  • Desarrollar planes orientados a reducir tiempos muertos, optimizar costos de mantenimiento y mejorar la disponibilidad de los equipos.
  • Gestionar y optimizar recursos humanos, materiales y financieros para cumplir los objetivos operativos del área.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores clave de mantenimiento y generar reportes técnicos y ejecutivos para la toma de decisiones.
  • Participar activamente en iniciativas de mejora continua y colaborar con áreas funcionales para incrementar la eficiencia operativa.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.
  • Brindar soporte técnico a las áreas productivas para asegurar la continuidad de la operación.
  • Liderar actividades relacionadas con la administración y planeación de programas de mantenimiento preventivo.

Sobre ti:

Buscamos una persona analítica, orientada a la solución de problemas y con pasión por la mejora continua, capaz de liderar equipos técnicos en entornos de manufactura.

  • Carrera universitaria en Ingeniería Electrónica, Mecatrónica o afín.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial o posiciones similares.
  • Conocimientos en automatización y control.
  • Experiencia con herramientas para análisis e identificación de causa raíz.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas computacionales para la administración y gestión de mantenimiento.
  • Conocimientos de estadística básica y análisis de datos.
  • Experiencia en planeación y administración de mantenimiento preventivo.
  • Liderazgo y manejo de personal técnico.
  • Inglés básico.
