· Review product ratings and specifications ensuring our solutions maintain compliance to new and revised UL, CSA, IEC, and IEEE/ANSI standards

· Manage certification and agency approval activities, including test planning and coordination with third-party labs and certification bodies

· Review and modernize prints for legacy solutions, and initiate engineering change orders when suppliers or manufacturing update or modify requirements

· Support New Product Development teams by developing product validation plans and sharing lessons learned from the field and the factory

· Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians

About You:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline

· 10+ years of engineering experience in sustaining, product, or design engineering within an electrical products or manufacturing environment

· Strong working knowledge of relevant UL, IEC, and IEEE/ANSI standards and the product certification process

· Demonstrated experience leading VA/VE and cost reduction projects from concept through implementation

· Proficiency with 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor preferred) and engineering drawings, including GD&T

· Experience with structured root cause analysis and problem-solving methods such as 8D, FMEA, and DOE

· Strong communication skills and fluent in English (written and verbal), with the ability to present to customers and leadership

· Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; highly organized with high attention to detail

· Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with the ability to collect, interpret, and compile data efficiently and independently

· Available to work full time on site at our manufacturing facility

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
