Bij Little Dutch draait alles om de kleine dingen die het leven groots maken. Dat zie je terug in onze producten én in hoe we met elkaar werken. Vanuit ons gloednieuwe pand in Berkel en Rodenrijs bouwen ruim 80 collega’s iedere dag met energie, creativiteit en plezier aan een merk dat internationaal blijft groeien.

Die groei betekent ook dat er continu nieuwe producten en collecties in ontwikkeling zijn. En voordat een eerste idee uiteindelijk als Little Dutch-product in de winkel ligt, moet er heel wat kloppen. Precies daar kom jij als Product Manager in beeld.

Over de rol

Als Product Manager Kinderkamer & Textiel zit je midden in het hart van onze collecties. Samen met de Category Manager zorg je ervoor dat ideeën niet alleen mooi bedacht zijn, maar ook daadwerkelijk goed worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt dagelijks samen met Design, Buying en Quality en hebt veel contact met onze leveranciers in India en China. Daarbij ben jij degene die overzicht houdt, kritisch naar het product kijkt en zorgt dat keuzes worden gemaakt en deadlines worden gehaald. Van de eerste sample tot het uiteindelijke product in ons warehouse: jij weet wat er speelt.

Jij houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Begeleiden van verschillende productontwikkelingen van concept tot levering;
  • Beoordelen van samples, lab dips, mock-ups, trims en labeling;
  • Geven van heldere technische feedback aan onze leveranciers in India en China;
  • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, kosten en voortgang;
  • Zorgen dat alle productinformatie en documentatie klopt in onder andere Airtable en Business Central;
  • Signaleren waar producten of processen slimmer en beter kunnen.

Wie ben jij?

Een mooi ontwerp alleen is voor jou niet genoeg: een product moet ook technisch kloppen. Je ziet snel wanneer iets beter kan, bent scherp op details en vindt het vanzelfsprekend om daar achteraan te gaan. Tegelijkertijd verlies je het grotere plaatje niet uit het oog. Je kunt meerdere ontwikkelingen naast elkaar managen, schakelt makkelijk met verschillende disciplines en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar het tempo hoog ligt en niet alles al in beton gegoten is.

Wat breng jij verder mee?

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau, met daarnaast 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen productontwikkeling of productmanagement;
  • Een beschikbaarheid van 32 tot 38 uur per week;
  • Ervaring binnen retail en bij voorkeur met textiel, speelgoed, home & living of andere consumer goods;
  • Ervaring met sampletrajecten, technische productspecificaties en internationale leveranciers;
  • Goede kennis van Excel en ERP- en/of PIM-systemen; Business Central is een pré;

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een bruto maand salaris tussen de €3400 en €5000 op basis van 38 uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring.

  • 8% vakantiegeld bovenop je jaarsalaris en 25 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband.
  • Een reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer.
  • Pensioenregeling: wij betalen mee zodat jij later ook goed zit.
