The posting

We are looking for a hands-on HR Admin & Payroll Executive to join our HR team, reporting directly to the HR Business Partner. You will run payroll and compensation and benefits from start to finish, and you’ll get real exposure to HR compliance, audits and policy work.

Job Description

Compensation and Benefits (40%)

  • Support the annual salary review, year-end bonus calculation and HR/manpower budget
  • Administer staff insurance from start to finish - enrolments, changes, claims, billing and reconciliation
  • Manage all government-paid leave claims and grant applications, with audit-ready records

Payroll and HR Administration (40%)

  • Run monthly payroll, payroll reports and CPF submissions accurately and on time
  • Handle annual tax filing (IR8A) and tax clearance (IR21) for staff who leave
  • Keep employee and leave records up to date in the payroll system, EPE, ePortal, HR drive and personnel files
  • Work with the EPE vendor on system setup and issues
  • Prepare HR letters and manage the employee lifecycle, from probation confirmation to offboarding and final pay
  • Assist with Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations

HR Policy and Compliance (20%)

  • Make sure HR practices follow company policy and the law (Employment Act, CPF Act, PDPA)
  • Track MOM, CPF Board and IRAS updates and flag what they mean for the company
  • Keep documents organised for internal and external audits

Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma in Business/Human Resource Management, or HR Specialized Certifications
  • Min 2- 3 years of experience in administering HR admin and payroll
  • Well versed in payroll software- proficiency in SAGE EASY PAY
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Meticulous and accurate, with strong ownership of deadlines.
  • Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving, communication skills and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge in HR practices and principles and well versed in Singapore employment law and regulation
  • Be able to meet targets and work under pressure
  • Team-player with ability to work independently
