Where Ambition Meets Innovation

Build a career that matches all your initiative with an impressive dose of innovation. From cutting-edge resources and a collaborative environment to the freedom to make an impact and more, you’ll find the ingredients you need at LPL Financial to shape your success while helping clients pursue their financial goals.

Do you get energy from taking a program that works and making it work at 10x the scale? Are you the person that turns a growing pile of one-off requests into a clean, repeatable process nobody has to think about? Do you like operating where growth strategy meets real execution, close enough to advisors to see what actually moves their business?

If so, the Senior Analyst, Growth Program Operations role in our Growth Strategy and Enablement organization could be for you.

Job Overview:

This role sits in our Strategic Growth Solutions team, which designs and scales the programs that power advisor growth at LPL. As Senior Analyst, Growth Program Operations, you are the run-the-business engine behind our advisor referral and partnership programs. As these programs take on a larger advisor base, you are the primary capacity lever that keeps service levels high and advisor experience consistent, while helping turn a growing volume of requests into cleaner, more repeatable operations.

Responsibilities:

As the Senior Analyst of Growth Program Operations, you will:

Run the day-to-day

  • Own daily operations for the advisor referral program, including the shared inbox, advisor inquiries, and issue solution, at expanded scale
  • Support onboarding and ongoing management for a significantly larger base of participating advisors and referral partners

Coordinate execution

  • Facilitate alignment and communication across partner teams (Compliance, Licensing, Onboarding, Compensation) as volume increases, keeping cases moving and clean
  • Track and resolve expectations and escalations, pulling in the right partners and closing the loop with advisors

Protect service quality

  • Serve as the primary capacity lever that keeps service levels and advisor experience consistent as the programs scale
  • Maintain reporting on volumes, turnaround times, and recurring issues, while flagging process gaps early so they can be fixed before they compound

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Our ideal candidates pursue greatness, act with integrity, and are driven to help our clients succeed. We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Strategy, or related field
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related role, including ideally supporting advisor-facing or client-facing programs

Core Comeptencies:

  • Strong organizational skills and proven comfort owning day-to-day operational workflows at volume
  • Experience coordinating across functions (e.g., compliance, operations, onboarding) to move work to completion
  • Solid analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); PowerBI a plus
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including advisor-facing communication
  • Working knowledge of the wealth management industry and the needs of financial advisors

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with referral, solicitor, partnership programs, or other advisor-facing programs in financial services
  • Familiarity with the compliance-sensitive processes such as compensated referrals
  • Track record of improving or streamlining processes as volume grows

Pay Range:

$82,091.00 - $136,784.00

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Additionally, LPL Total Rewards package is highly competitive, designed to support your success at work, at home, and at play – such as 401K matching, health benefits, employee stock options, paid time off, volunteer time off, and more. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
