In LivaNova stiamo cercando un/una Industrial Project Engineer che contribuirà alla gestione di progetti strategici in un contesto manifatturiero altamente regolamentato. In questo ruolo avrai l'opportunità di coordinare attività, risorse e interlocutori provenienti da diverse funzioni aziendali, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di progetto nel rispetto di tempi, costi e qualità.

Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team cross-funzionali e fornitori esterni, contribuendo all'esecuzione di iniziative complesse e ad alto impatto sul business, in un ambiente dinamico, innovativo e orientato al miglioramento continuo.

Il Tuo Nuovo Ruolo:

  • Gestirai progetti industriali e investimenti CAPEX, monitorandone avanzamento, costi e tempistiche.
  • Pianificherai attività, milestone e deliverable garantendo il rispetto degli obiettivi di progetto.
  • Coordinerai stakeholder appartenenti a diverse funzioni aziendali, favorendo l'allineamento tra priorità e obiettivi.
  • Collaborerai con fornitori esterni supportando attività legate all'introduzione di nuovi equipment e soluzioni produttive.
  • Identificherai rischi, criticità e possibili colli di bottiglia, promuovendo azioni correttive e preventive.
  • Monitorerai il rispetto di budget, timeline e KPI di progetto.
  • Supporterai attività correlate alla qualifica di equipment e processi in un ambiente regolamentato.
  • Preparerai report di avanzamento e aggiornamenti per gli stakeholder coinvolti.

Il Tuo Know-how:

  • Hai esperienza in contesti produttivi e manifatturieri.
  • Possiedi una buona comprensione di processi industriali, impianti ed equipment.
  • Sai coordinare attività e stakeholder anche in contesti complessi e multifunzionali.
  • Hai buone capacità organizzative, analitiche e di problem solving.
  • Ti distingui per proattività, autonomia e orientamento ai risultati.
  • Hai familiarità con ambienti regolamentati e comprendi i principi della validazione di processo.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese – Livello B2

Formazione ed Esperienza:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria (Gestionale, Meccanica, Industriale, Biomedica o discipline affini).
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli quali Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer o similari.
  • Esperienza nella gestione o nel coordinamento di progetti in ambito industriale.

  • Inquadramento secondo CCNL Gomma Plastica
  • Livello: C-A
  • Retribuzione annuale lorda: €34.000 – €48.000
  • Bonus: 0–5%
