  • Accountability Frameworks: Monitor team adherence to documented processes. Use the MBS playbooks as a neutral benchmark to resolve operational deviations.
  • Post-Event De-briefs: Standardize and oversee post-event reviews to ensure repeating communication breakdowns are identified and permanently engineered out of the system.
  • Systems Training: Assist with IntelliEvent projects, implementation, and team training as required.

3. Workforce & Labor Ecosystem Management

  • Contractor Roster Oversight: Oversee the onboarding, vetting, contracting, and performance tracking of our 100+ freelance labor network, collaborating with the PM team.

  • Thrive on peer-to-peer accountability, using collaborative and persuasive communication to align Director-level colleagues and cross-functional teams without relying on top-down authority.
  • Act as a proactive problem solver and executive insulator, anticipating pipeline friction early, resolving technical/scheduling gaps before execution, and presenting structured solutions to leadership.
  • Embody LEMG's core values, bringing enthusiasm, respect, and integrity to team management while fostering a culture that continuously embraces process improvement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
