THE JOB

The National Sales Coordinator provides essential administrative, financial, and operational support to the Executive Vice President of Special Events, SVP of National Sales, and three SVP’s of Sales across the country.

It also provides support to our national marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and interested in developing a career in sales. The National Sales Coordinator works closely with the national executive leadership team supporting the Special Events division.

Sales & Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to EVP and SVP’s as needed.
  • Supports local venues with administrative tasks.
  • Updates sales assets
  • Onboarding of new employees by setting up tools, updating email lists and ordering supplies
  • Collecting / organizing annual, monthly and weekly reports
  • Create and update training materials and internal guides to improve team processes
  • Manage recurring team meetings by organizing agendas and keeping attendees/schedules on track
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication during EVP’s hiring process as well as manage duties as assigned by EVP
  • Supports national sales with data entry
  • Keep internal documents updated, including contact lists, organizational charts and calendars
  • Assists with special projects, as needed

Financial & Account Support

  • Supports budget planning by reviewing all documents and assisting with expense tracking
  • Compiles all financial information from the field for budgeting and monthly forecasting
  • Oversees referral program, including tracking and processing team member referral fees and obtaining all necessary approvals

Market & Business Development Support

  • Updating sales assets in conjunction with marketing team, including one-sheets, promotional booklets, maps and event focused informational assets
  • Negotiates with outside vendors for print and promotional orders
  • Project coordination for sales & marketing programs

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Minimum of two years of customer service, administrative support, hospitality, sales support, or related experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, databases, and general computer systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
  • Interest in sales, hospitality, live events, or venue operations.
  • Working knowledge of restaurant, hospitality, or event operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage and guest relations preferred.

The expected compensation for this position is:

$25.19 USD - $31.49 USD Hourly

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
