Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Vehicle Movement & Parking
  2. Move cars around the lot or between dealership locations.
  3. Park vehicles in designated areas neatly and efficiently.
  4. Bring vehicles in/out of service lanes promptly.
  5. Retrieve cars for test drives or after service.
  6. Customer Service
  7. Greet customers and assist them when they arrive.
  8. Direct customers to the appropriate department.
  9. Help load or unload personal items from vehicles if needed.
  10. Pick up and deliver vehicles to/from customer homes or offices if needed
  11. Vehicle Cleaning
  12. Wash and vacuum vehicles before delivery or after service.
  13. Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles on the lot.
  14. Lot Maintenance
  15. Keep the lot clean and organized.
  16. Remove debris, or trash as needed.
  17. Ensure showroom and exterior displays are tidy and presentable.
  18. Ensure rental vehicles are cleaned and ready.
  19. Ensure vehicles are returned clean and in good condition.
  20. Complete vehicle condition reports before/after rental use
  1. Shuttle Driver / Customer Transport Duties
  1. Drive customers to and from the dealership (e.g., home, work, nearby locations) while their vehicle is being serviced.
  2. Provide a safe, comfortable, and courteous ride.
  3. Maintain a professional, friendly attitude and represent the dealership positively.

Additional Responsibilities & Expectations

  1. Pick up/deliver parts as needed.
  2. Assist service advisors or technicians when required.
  3. Support dealership events or vehicle displays.
  4. Ensure all vehicles are locked when not in use.
  5. Transport supplies (cleaning, oil, tires, etc.) to appropriate departments.
  6. Set up tents, tables, signage, banners, and flags as needed
  7. Scan document into dealership management systems
  8. Assist all management on additional task given.

Qualifications

  • Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
  • Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
