The Role

Our User Researcher plays a critical role in informing product development through user insights. This role supports product teams by identifying key research needs, conducting user-centred research across the product lifecycle, and delivering actionable recommendations that influence design and strategy. This role supports LiveScore’s goals and objectives as it aims to ensure that business decisions are aligned with real user needs and behaviours.

As the sole User Researcher within LiveScore Group, you will work closely with Product, Design and wider business stakeholders to understand our users and help shape the products and experiences we build. You will have the autonomy to identify where research can add value, shape research questions, select the right approach and take studies from initial problem through to actionable insight.

The role offers significant exposure across the business and a broad range of research, from exploratory and generative work through to evaluative studies. You will have the opportunity to shape research direction, experiment with new approaches and influence how research is used across LiveScore Group.

If you're looking for a role with genuine autonomy, broad exposure and the opportunity to influence product thinking, this would be a great fit.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
