  • Du entwickelst SEO- und GEO-Strategien und findest heraus, wie unsere Kunden in klassischen Suchmaschinen und KI-gestützten Antwortsystemen sichtbar werden.
  • Du analysierst Keywords, Suchintentionen, Themen und Wettbewerber und entwickelst daraus konkrete Maßnahmen statt hübscher Excel-Tabellen.
  • Du entwickelst Themenwelten, Content-Strategien und Content-Roadmaps, die zu den Zielen und Zielgruppen unserer Kunden passen.
  • Du führst SEO-Audits durch und übersetzt sie in klare Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Für Dich endet Suche nicht bei Google: Du beschäftigst Dich damit, wie Marken und Inhalte auch in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity und anderen KI-Systemen sichtbar werden.
  • Du behältst die organische Performance im Blick und leitest aus Rankings, Sichtbarkeit, Traffic, Leads und Conversions konkrete nächste Schritte ab.
  • Du erstellst Reports, die auch Menschen verstehen, die nicht jeden Tag über Rankings und SERPs sprechen.
  • Du erklärst Deinen Kunden nicht nur, was passiert ist, sondern vor allem warum – und was wir daraus machen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im SEO, idealerweise in einer Agentur.
  • Du denkst strategisch, setzt klare Prioritäten und behältst die organische Sichtbarkeit Deiner Kunden im Blick.
  • Du hast bereits SEO-Strategien und konkrete Maßnahmenpläne entwickelt und nicht nur einzelne Optimierungen umgesetzt.
  • Sistrix, Google Search Console und GA4 nutzt Du sicher.
  • Technisches SEO-Verständnis ist ein Plus – Du musst nicht alles selbst lösen, solltest technische Themen aber einordnen können.
  • Erfahrung mit Website-Relaunches aus SEO-Sicht ist ein Plus.
  • Du beschäftigst Dich mit GEO, AI Search, AI Overviews und generativen Suchsystemen oder hast richtig Lust, Dich tief in diese Themen einzuarbeiten.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig und hast Spaß daran, Kunden zu beraten und Strategien zu präsentieren.
