Din roll

Som gruvoperatör arbetar du i kontrollrum med att styra och övervaka bergtransportens processer. Du blir en del av ett engagerat skiftlag där ni tillsammans ansvarar för ett säkert och stabilt produktionsflöde. Efter upplärning roterar du mellan arbetsområden inom tappning och spelstyrning, vilket ger variation och en bred förståelse för verksamheten. Rollen innebär många kontaktytor och ett nära samarbete med kollegor både i kontrollrum och ute i verksamheten.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att:

  • Styra och övervaka processer för tappning och spelstyrning.
  • Följa driftläget och agera på avvikelser enligt gällande rutiner.
  • Kommunicera och samverka med operatörer och andra funktioner i verksamheten.
  • Bidra till säkra arbetssätt och goda överlämningar mellan skift.
  • Delta i förbättringsarbete och utveckling av arbetsmetoder.
  • Säkerställa en stabil och effektiv drift genom noggrann uppföljning av processerna.

Det här har du med dig

Vi söker dig som är ansvarstagande, strukturerad och trygg i ditt sätt att arbeta. Du trivs med att samarbeta med andra, kommunicerar tydligt och har en god förmåga att anpassa dig till förändrade förutsättningar. Du är lösningsorienterad och bidrar med ett positivt förhållningssätt till både arbetsuppgifter och kollegor. Utöver detta har du även:

  • Fullständig gymnasieutbildning eller motsvarande.
  • God förmåga att kommunicera på svenska i tal och skrift.
  • Grundläggande kunskaper i engelska.
  • God datorvana.
  • B-körkort för manuell växellåda.

Det är meriterande men inte ett krav om du har:

  • Erfarenhet av processindustri eller produktionsverksamhet.
  • Erfarenhet av arbete med styrsystem eller processövervakning.
  • Kännedom om bergtransportens processer eller liknande verksamhet.
