Din roll

Sektionen Rasbrytning ansvarar för produktionslastningen i Kirunagruvan samt för uppstart och underhåll av produktionsområden och maskiner. Sektionen består av cirka 260 medarbetare fördelade på sju arbetsplatser.

Du ingår i Kirunagruvans ledningsgrupp tillsammans med cheferna för gruvans övriga fem sektioner. I rollen leder och följer du upp arbetsmiljö, verksamhet, kompetensutveckling och ekonomiska resultat. Du samverkar nära med stödfunktioner inom bland annat HR, ekonomi och arbetsmiljö. Tillsammans med dina medarbetare skapar du förutsättningar för en säker och effektiv produktion.

rollen innebär:

  • Leda och följa upp arbetsmiljö och verksamhet.
  • Ansvara för kompetensutveckling och ekonomiska resultat.
  • Samverka nära med stödfunktioner inom bland annat HR, ekonomi och arbetsmiljö.
  • Skapa förutsättningar för en säker och effektiv produktion tillsammans med dina medarbetare.

Rollen passar dig som vill arbeta nära både människor, teknik och produktion. Du får en central position med möjlighet att påverka verksamhetens utveckling och bidra till att stärka samarbetet mellan olika delar av organisationen.

Du är en trygg ledare som bygger goda relationer och skapar förtroende. Som tydlig kommunikatör förmedlar du information klart och anpassar den efter målgruppen. Du är prestigelös och samarbetsinriktad, ser samarbete som en självklar del av framgång och hjälper andra att lyckas. Med ett strategiskt perspektiv ser du helheter, gör väl avvägda prioriteringar och fattar beslut som stödjer långsiktiga mål. Du arbetar strukturerat genom att planera, organisera och följa upp arbetet metodiskt. Dessutom drivs du av förbättringar, utvecklar gärna arbetssätt och uppmuntrar dina medarbetare att bidra med idéer.

Du har även med dig

  • Akademisk utbildning inom ett relevant område, eller annan utbildning och erfarenhet som bedöms likvärdig (Krav)
  • Erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla medarbetare i en chefs- eller ledarroll, inklusive ansvar för arbetsmiljö (Krav)
  • Erfarenhet av budgetarbete och ekonomisk uppföljning (Krav)
  • Kunskap om gruvverksamhet (Krav)
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift (Krav)
