Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) Einkauf & Technische Beschaffung

Tätigkeitsfeld

  • operative Beschaffung von technischen Bauteilen, Komponenten und Dienstleistungen
  • Auswahl, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung nationaler sowie internationaler Lieferanten
  • Durchführung von Angebotsvergleichen sowie Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Materialversorgung für Produktion und Projekte
  • Materialdisposition und Bestandsmanagement unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten- und Verfügbarkeitszielen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Produktion, Logistik, Konstruktion und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Nachverfolgung von Lieferterminen
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Beschaffungsprozesse
  • Pflege und Auswertung relevanter Einkaufsdaten in ERP-Systemen

Qualifikationen auf einen Blick

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf sowie in der technischen Beschaffung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lieferantenmanagement sowie in Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Stücklisten
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics oder Sage)
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
