Ihre : Möchten Sie den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Bank mitverantworten? Als Teil unseres Service\-Desk\-Teams stellen Sie den laufenden IT\-Betrieb in Liechtenstein, der Schweiz, Österreich und Deutschland sicher und unterstützen unsere Mitarbeiter:innen bei technischen Anliegen.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für telefonische und schriftliche Anfragen unserer Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Rasche Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests im Rahmen des 1st Level Supports inklusive Analyse, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Störungen
  • Mitarbeit in IT\-Service\-Management\-Prozessen wie Access\-, Change\- und Problem\-Management sowie im Service Delivery Management
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen sowie internen und externen IT\-Partnern zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT\-Betriebs

Ihre Ausbildung und Erfahrung:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT\-nahen Umfeld sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Service Desk, IT Support oder Service Management
  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis sowie gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune/Mobile Devices und E\-Mail\-Systeme
  • Sie bringen idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung oder in der Koordination von Teams und Projekten mit und überzeugen durch organisatorisches Geschick, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Führungskompetenz

Ihre Arbeitsweise:

  • Sie behalten auch in hektischen Situationen einen kühlen , handeln lösungsorientiert und überzeugen durch eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Sie arbeiten zuverlässig und selbstständig, kommunizieren adressatengerecht und stellen die Anliegen unserer Mitarbeiter:innen in den Mittelpunkt
  • Sie handeln verantwortungsbewusst, treten sicher gegenüber verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen auf, koordinieren unterschiedliche Interessen zielgerichtet und übernehmen nach der Einarbeitung auch Feiertags\- und Wochenenddienste (Pikettdienst)
