* Sie gestalten eine intuitive User Experience, die konsequent auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Benutzer:innen ausgerichtet ist

* Von der ersten Idee über Prototypen bis hin zur Begleitung der technischen Umsetzung entwickeln Sie User Interfaces für unsere digitalen Kanäle und stellen die hohe Design\- und UX\-Qualität bis zum Go\-live sicher

  • Komplexe Design\-Herausforderungen analysieren Sie eigenständig und setzen UX\-Methoden entlang des gesamten Designprozesses zielgerichtet ein, um überzeugende und nutzerfreundliche Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Sie gestalten die sprachliche UX mit: Entwicklung konsistenter, nutzerfreundlicher Microcopy und UX\-Texte entlang der digitalen Touchpoints

* Sie unterstützen die strategische Weiterentwicklung des LLB UX und treiben die Professionalisierung von Prozessen, Methoden und Standards aktiv mit voran

Ihre Ausbildung und Erfahrung:

* Sie verfügen über ein Studium im Bereich User Experience Design, Service Design, Interaction Design oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Produkte und setzen Figma sowie weitere UX\-Tools entlang des gesamten Designprozesses souverän ein

* UX Research, Usability\-Tests und die Validierung von Lösungen gehören für Sie zu einer nutzerzentrierten Produktentwicklung selbstverständlich dazu

* Ein gutes Verständnis für Web\- und App\-Technologien bringen Sie mit. Kenntnisse in HTML, CSS oder JavaScript sind von Vorteil

* Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung im UX Writing oder Content Design und verstehen es, komplexe Inhalte einfach und zielgruppengerecht zu formulieren

* Sie übernehmen Verantwortung, treiben UX\-Themen mit Eigeninitiative voran und bringen Ideen bis zur Umsetzung wirkungsvoll ins Ziel

* Analytisches Denken, Kreativität und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch helfen Ihnen dabei, auch komplexe Herausforderungen pragmatisch zu lösen

* Als kommunikative Persönlichkeit arbeiten Sie gerne mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen zusammen und nutzen neue Methoden und Technologien gezielt dort, wo sie echten Mehrwert schaffen

In unserer Abteilung Multi Channel Interactiondesign arbeiten Sie in einem kleinen, umsetzungsstarken Team eng mit Business Analysten, Front\- und Backend\-Entwicklern und Projektmanagern zusammen.

Sie erhalten eine moderne und mobile Arbeitsplatzausstattung und nutzen den Austausch mit Ihren Kollegen im Büro. Zudem haben Sie die Möglichkeit teilweise im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.
