We help the most strategic European industries (manufacturing, logistics, and wholesale) automate the messy, manual processes that most tools can't handle. Not simple task automation, but AI agents that run full operational workflows: intake, decisions, exceptions, and the edge cases that break everything else, all inside the systems our customers already use.

About the role
Partners already drive 20% of our revenue. That comes from a mix we've built by hand: systems integrators, full-service implementation partners, AI partners, and individual industry experts who send us referrals. The motion works. We've proven it.
What we haven't done is scale it deliberately. There's no detailed partner program yet, just a set of relationships that pay off. That's exactly what you'll build.
You'll be our first Partner Director, and you'll design the function from the ground up. For roughly the first twelve months, you drive it yourself: find additional partners (NL, UK Germany), train them, activate them, and turn the channel into a serious, repeatable revenue lever. Once the proof points are there, you build the team underneath you and lead it.
This spans the full range. On one end, individual referral partners and industry experts. On the other, large consultancies and SIs running full implementations. You'll move between both comfortably, because the job is equal parts relationship and product. You need to win people's trust and understand our agents well enough to make partners genuinely capable of selling and delivering them.
This is not a classic partner director role, and we're not looking for a classic partner director. Managing an existing program is the floor, not the job. This is a builder's role: you're creating the motion, the materials, and the standard from scratch, in the Netherlands first and then internationally.
Responsibilities
- Own the full partner motion. From finding partners to signing them, training them, activating them, and keeping them productive. The whole cycle is yours.
- Design the program. Build our partner approach from the ground up: tiers, enablement, incentives, deal registration, the way we onboard and support partners. Start from what we've learned so far, then change whatever needs changing.
- Grow partner revenue as a real business lever. Take the channel well beyond today's 20% by turning proven relationships into a repeatable, scalable motion.
- Work across the whole spectrum. From individual referral partners and industry experts to large consultancies and SIs running full-service implementations. Different partners, different playbooks, all yours to build.
- Enable partners on the product. Make partners technically capable of positioning, selling, and delivering our agents, not just passing on names. This is as much about the product as the relationship.
- Own partner marketing and communication. Co-marketing, partner materials, joint content, the ongoing relationship, all yours, with support from the GTM team.
- Be the first point of contact. For every partner, you're the face of Lleverage and the person they trust to make the partnership work.
- Go international. Prove the motion in the Netherlands, then take it across borders (UK first, then Germany).
- Work directly with the founding team. Align on targets, approach, and where partnerships fit in the bigger commercial picture.
- Build the team after you. Once the motion is proven, define what "good" looks like, hire, and lead the partnerships team you designed.
What we're looking for
You've built partnerships or channels before, and you know the ecosystem from the inside. You understand how SIs, consultancies, PE’s and referral partners actually think, what makes them commit, and what makes a partnership real rather than a logo on a slide.
You're a builder, not a manager of existing things. You've operated at a high level in a demanding environment, and you want to create a motion from nothing rather than run one that already exists.
You're a self-starter who doesn't wait for a brief. For the first year this is a one-person job, so you have to be comfortable driving it yourself: sourcing, closing, training, and activating partners without a team behind you yet.
You're equally strong on relationships and on product. You win trust fast and hold your own with executives, and you're technical enough to make partners genuinely capable with our agents.
You're tech-savvy and genuinely interested in AI. When a new tool drops, you're the one already trying it.
You're energised by ambiguity. A role with no playbook, new markets, and a motion nobody has built here before excites you rather than stops you.
You speak English and Dutch fluently. German is a big plus. You're based in Amsterdam.
Nice to haves
- Experience in partnerships, channel, or business development at a SaaS, AI, or technology company.
- A live network of SIs, consultancies, or industry experts.
- Experience taking a partner motion international.
- Familiarity with ERP environments like SAP or Business Central.
- Previous entrepreneurial experience: built something, ran something, grew something.
