  • Work with the Project Engineer and the Program Engineering Leads to ensure group members have assigned work that meets program needs and offers opportunities for growth. Remain cognizant of group members’ technical goals, workload balances, and progress of group projects.
  • Support the Program Engineering Leads to track and complete work objectives on time and within budget in collaboration with other program groups/personnel and with other essential WTE support personnel. Monitor performance required to meet programmatic milestones and deliverables. Engage to correct deficiencies and lead corrective actions where necessary. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
