Job Description

MISSIONS PERMANENTES :

Assurer le changement de série, le réglage, le démarrage, la conduite et le fonctionnement des lignes de production, des équipements semi-automatique et automates des postes de travail.

Assurer la propreté et le rangement des postes de travail occupés.

Assurer et faire assurer un comportement en adéquation avec le règlement intérieur et la politique générale de L&L Products.

Assurer l'auto-contrôle ainsi que les enregistrements papier et informatique liés aux postes de travail correspondant à la fonction.

Assurer le passage des consignes au changement d'équipe.

Connaitre et appliquer les procédures de sécurité, environnement ainsi que les plans de réaction associés en cas de problème.

Connaitre et appliquer les règles de fonctionnement, procédures, modes opératoires et standards de L&L Products correspondant aux postes de travail occupés.

Consulter et valider les nouvelles versions des différentes procédures via Avanteam.

Participer aux plans de formation interne ainsi qu'à la formation des nouveaux embauchés.

Participer à des groupes de travail, analyse et résolution de problème ainsi qu'à l'amélioration continue.

Proposer des améliorations techniques ou organisationnelles.

Informer le Responsable de secteur des problèmes techniques rencontrés et de toutes dérives constatées par rapport aux objectifs Qualité, Quantité, Productivité, Sécurité et Environnement.

Assurer la maintenance autonome sur les équipements des postes de travail correspondant à la fonction (maintenance préventive).

Assurer la vérification des équipements de contrôle.

Coordonner et gérer le planning, la préparation et l'organisation des changements de production des postes de travail correspondant à la fonction.

Assurer le renseignement des données de production dans les PRS et garantir la justesse des données.

Assurer et valider la formation des nouveaux embauchés

Formation / Expérience (savoirs)

  • CAP Conduite de systèmes de production automatisée
  • BEP Conduite de systèmes industriels
  • Baccalauréat Pilote de ligne de production
  • CQPM conducteur de système de prod
  • Expérience dans un poste similaire

Compétences techniques nécessaires (savoir-faire)

  • Connaissance du cycle de fabrication
  • Capacité à lire et comprendre des procédures
  • Maîtrise des étapes de la ligne automatisée
  • Bonne connaissance du fonctionnement des machines de sa ligne de production
  • Maîtrise des procédures de contrôle qualité et de signalement des pannes ou dysfonctionnement
