Contexte et Objectifs :

En tant qu’entreprise familiale à vocation technologique opérant sur le marché du B2B, L&L Products développe des solutions destinées à des applications nécessitant une étanchéité statique, une isolation acoustique, une réduction des vibrations, un renforcement structurel et des composants composites. L'un de nos principaux marchés concerne les produits utilisés pour les applications aéronautiques. Dans ce domaine, nous produisons actuellement des rubans adhésifs solides, des adhésifs liquides, des films de jonction ainsi que des solutions de potting pour le renforcement d’éléments structurels au sein de l’avion. Nous cherchons ici à modifier certaines de nos formulations pour : (1° partie du projet) améliorer leur cinétique de réticulation et (2° partie du projet) dans un cadre de bio-sourcing, remplacer certains modificateurs d'impact.

Pour cette raison, nous aurons besoin de quelqu'un de compétent en caractérisation de matériaux polymères et capable de réaliser de manière autonome des formulations à petite échelle ainsi que de coordonner des essais d'extrusion pour permettre la montée en échelle de la formulation sélectionnée.

Description du stage :

Ce stage vise à adapter la formulation de matériaux destinés aux applications aéronautiques afin de répondre à de nouvelles exigences en matière de cinétique de réticulation et de performances mécaniques.

Le stage comprendra les activités suivantes :

• Développement de formulations à l’échelle laboratoire à l’aide d’un Speedmixer

• Caractérisation mécanique, thermique et cinétique des formulations développées.

• Supervision d'une possible montée en échelle jusqu’à l’extrusion bi-vis.

• Interprétation de résultats expérimentaux, rédaction de rapports techniques et présentation régulière des résultats.

• Veille technologique, revue bibliographique et analyse de brevets.

Profil:

• Formation: dernière année d’école d’ingénieur ou master 2 spécialisé en matériaux, polymères ou formulation. Des compétences en caractérisation de matériaux polymères (mécanique ainsi que thermique) sont désirables pour ce poste.

• Autonomie, rigueur et méthode scientifique, esprit d’équipe et d’initiative, sens de l’observation.

• Pack office.

• Bon niveau d’anglais.

Stage rémunéré de 4 à 6 mois au sein du laboratoire R&D de L&L Products à Altorf (environ 20 km de Strasbourg accès possible par transport en commun)
