Contexte et Objectifs :

En tant qu’entreprise familiale à vocation technologique opérant sur le marché du B2B, L&L Products crée des solutions pour diverses applications nécessitant une étanchéité statique, une meilleure acoustique, un renforcement structurel, des composants composites et le collage de différents matériaux. L’une des technologies brevetées par L&L Products afin de répondre spécifiquement aux demandes de ses clients se base sur la chimie des polyhydroxy ether phosphate ester. Cette chimie permet une réticulation rapide à température ambiante pour des applications de collage multi-matériaux et de mousses rigides. L’objectif de ce stage est d’élargir la gamme des propriétés physico chimiques de nos adhésifs et/ou mousses rigides. Pour ce faire, vous étudierez la relation structure-propriétés en fonction du choix des monomères de départ et des additifs ajoutés durant la formulation.

Description du stage :

Ce stage a pour but de développer des matériaux bi-composant réticulant à température ambiante avec des propriétés sur-mesure.

Il inclura les points suivants :

• Formulation de matériaux bi-composants à l’échelle laboratoire (utilisation de mélangeurs de laboratoire, élaboration de formules, recherche de matières premières..)

• Préparation d’échantillons

• Essais de caractérisation physicochimiques (cinétique de réticulation, DSC, DMA, Infrarouge, mesure d’expansion, tests d’adhésion, tests mécaniques, vieillissement…)

• Suivi d’essais sur moyen pilote

• Interpréter les résultats, rédiger des rapports et présenter régulièrement l’avancement des travaux

• Veille technologique, revue bibliographique, analyse de brevets

Profil:

• Formation: dernière année d’école d’ingénieur ou master 2 en chimie, polymères ou matériaux. Des connaissances en formulation de polymères et/ou résine époxy sont un plus.

• Autonomie, rigueur scientifique, esprit d’équipe et d’initiative, sens de l’observation

• Pack office

• Bon niveau d’anglais

Stage rémunéré de 5 à 6 mois au sein du laboratoire R&D de L&L Products à Altorf (environ 20 km de Strasbourg accès possible par transport en commun)
