CONTEXTE

Intégré à la Direction Financière et Comptable, vous êtes rattaché au pôle Comptabilité Assurance/ Technique. Nous recrutons un « Chargé de comptabilité » F/H en alternance.

MISSIONS

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Effectuer des écritures comptables afférents à différents process (produits, charges…)
  • Comptabiliser les rejets de virement bancaire
  • Suivis de comptes clients (primes, indus…)
  • Effectuer des rapprochements bancaires de différentes activités
  • Participer au process des lettres-chèques (comptabilisation, gestion du dénouement)
  • Procéder à des remises de chèques bancaires et les comptabiliser
  • Effectuer des recherches et analyses, effectuer si nécessaire des remontées de pistes d’audit
  • Analyser, lettrer et justifier les comptes dont vous avez la responsabilité
  • Participer à la polyvalence dans le pôle en réalisant des tâches en l’absence de ses collègues
  • Communiquer avec les services en amont et en aval

A PROPOS DE VOUS

Issu d’une formation Bac+2 Comptabilité, vous préparez une Licence en Comptabilité ou un DCG.

Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du Pack Office et en particulier d’Excel. La connaissance d’un ERP comptable (Oracle) serait un plus.

Idéalement, vous avez déjà une première expérience professionnelle acquise (stage ou alternance) dans un cabinet d’expertise comptable.

Rigoureux, autonome et doté du sens des responsabilités, vous êtes polyvalent.

Votre curiosité, vos capacités d’analyse et de communication ne sont plus à démontrer et vous souhaitez intégrer une entreprise dynamique, alors n’hésitez plus … rejoignez-nous !
