Activités principales

Développer et animer les partenariats et réseaux d'influence

  • Développer et entretenir un réseau de partenaires institutionnels, patronaux, syndicaux et économiques.
  • Représenter CNP Assurances Protection Sociale lors d'événements et rencontres professionnelles.
  • Identifier et développer des partenariats créateurs de valeur.

Contribuer au développement commercial

  • Détecter et qualifier des opportunités de développement.
  • Faciliter les mises en relation avec les décideurs et prescripteurs.
  • Accompagner les équipes commerciales et contribuer aux appels d'offres.

Contribuer au rayonnement de l'entreprise

  • Valoriser l'image, les expertises et les engagements de CNP Assurances Protection Sociale.
  • Concevoir et animer des actions partenariales, événements et webinaires.
  • Proposer des thématiques répondant aux enjeux des partenaires.

Piloter l'activité

  • Assurer le suivi et le développement des partenariats.
  • Réaliser une veille sur les acteurs, marchés et réseaux d'influence.
  • Assurer le reporting de l'activité et la fiabilité des données.

A PROPOS DE VOUS

Titulaire d’un diplôme à minima de niveau Bac+3, vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience sur un poste à forts aspects relationnels et faites preuve d’une connaissance de l’organisation globale du monde syndical, employeur et salarié. Une expérience en développement commercial, relations institutionnelles, partenariats ou animation de réseaux, ainsi qu'une connaissance de l'environnement de la protection sociale et des réseaux économiques seraient un réel plus.

Vous appréciez travailler au plus proche du terrain, disposez d’un excellent relationnel et savez faire face à des interlocuteurs aux besoins et aux positionnements variés. Véritable communicant, vous avez l’habitude d’assurer des prises de parole en public, de préparer et d’animer des réunions. Vous travaillez de manière autonome, et en transverse en mobilisant les différentes parties prenantes.
