Activités principales

Cadre et initialise le projet

  • Réalise l’étude d’impacts et d’opportunités
  • S’assure de le la bonne adéquation des livrables du projet avec les besoins exprimés
  • Par mandat de la direction projets et sponsors projet, compose l’équipe projet et définit les rôles associés
  • Rédige la note de cadrage, l’expression de besoins
  • Définit les besoins et s’assure de leur adéquation avec les livrables du projet
  • Rassemble et challenge l’ensemble des livrables dont l’expression de besoin métier et veille à sa complétude/qualité en lien avec l’équipe projet
  • S’assure de la viabilité du projet et des bénéfices attendus par les commanditaires
  • Anticipe et formalise les risques préalablement identifiés et propose des actions correctives

Conduit, coordonne, et clôture le projet sur les aspects Métier

  • Coordonne l’équipe projet : prépare, anime
  • Garantit un reporting de manière périodique et remonte les alertes notamment dans le cadre du pilotage des projets en central
  • Garantit la qualité des livrables du projet et de leur validation
  • Effectue la mise à jour des outils de reportings (plan bénéfices, registre des incidences/décisions…)
  • Accompagne et anime la conduite du changement et veille à l’application des nouvelles règles

Réalise un bilan de projet en capitalisant sur les expériences

Accompagne et anime les acteurs sur l’avancée du projet

  • Anime le comité opérationnel et en assure l’organisation ?
  • Assure la coordination entre les acteurs externes au projet et l’équipe projet notamment sur l’évolution des outils (hors projets)
  • Manage le projet dans le respect des variables clés (délais, risque, qualité, bénéfices et périmètre)
  • Supervise la production des différents supports
