VOTRE ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL

Nous recrutons un Expert IAM / IGA SailPoint (H/F) au sein du Service Support Utilisateurs et poste de travail de la Direction des Opérations SI.

VOS MISSIONS

Vous êtes l’un des référents de la gestion des habilitations pour l’ensemble des applications de CNP Assurances Protection Sociale.

Vous avez la responsabilité de la solution IGA et êtes en relation directe avec les métiers, les responsables applicatifs et les équipes systèmes.

Gestion des identités et habilitations

  • Administrer la plateforme basée sur SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Garantir la qualité et la cohérence du référentiel des identités
  • Piloter le cycle de vie des identités (arrivées, mobilités, départs)
  • Gérer les habilitations et modèles de rôles des applications de CNP-PS
  • Assurer l'intégration des nouvelles applications dans la gouvernance des identités.

Gouvernance et conformité

  • Organiser les campagnes de certification des droits
  • Participer aux audits internes et externes (HDS, ISO 27001, DORA, contrôles internes)
  • Produire les indicateurs de gouvernance des accès
  • Identifier et réduire les risques liés aux habilitations excessives ou incompatibles
  • Contribuer à la mise en conformité des processus de gestion des identités.

Architecture et évolution

  • Participer à la définition de la stratégie IAM/IGA de CNP-PS
  • Contribuer aux projets d'intégration avec les référentiels Groupe CNP
  • Participer aux évolutions autour d'Entra ID, SSO, fédération d'identités et PAM
  • Accompagner les projets dans l'intégration des exigences IAM dès leur conception.

Run et amélioration continue

  • Piloter les prestataires intervenant sur la solution IGA
  • Participer aux montées de version annuelles de la plateforme
  • Automatiser et industrialiser les processus de gestion des accès
  • Contribuer à la documentation et au transfert de connaissances.

En tant que responsable de l’application IGA, vous ferez partie d’une équipe de deux collaborateurs et serez rattaché directement au Responsable du pôle SAU et PDT.

Expérience

  • 5 à 10 ans minimum
  • Expérience significative sur SailPoint
  • Une expérience dans un environnement fortement réglementé (assurance, banque, santé, protection sociale) est un plus.
