CONTEXTE

La Département Grands Comptes recherche un RESPONSABLE D’AFFAIRES GRANDS COMPTES F/H expérimenté qui partage ses ambitions et son goût du challenge.

MISSIONS

  • Vous organisez la stratégie d’approche et développez en matière de protection sociale (santé, prévoyance, services) votre portefeuille via les moyens à votre disposition (réseaux sociaux, évènements, campagnes…).
  • Vous fidélisez et suivez votre portefeuille clients, conseillez les entreprises dans l’évolution de leur régime de protection sociale et participez à des actions de visibilités auprès des prospects et prescripteurs.
  • Vous entretenez des relations de confiance, sur le long terme avec vos interlocuteurs.
  • Vous réalisez et négociez les propositions commerciales lors des appels d’offres ou du renouvellement des contrats.
  • Vous veillez, contribuez à l’équilibre technique de vos contrats et vérifiez leur conformité globale en lien avec le service juridique.
  • Vous êtes le garant de la qualité de service auprès de vos clients (gestion, communication, information…).
  • Vous développez et entretenez des relations avec votre réseau.
  • Vous assurez et partagez le reporting auprès de votre Manager dans le CRM.
  • Vous êtes garant de la bonne communication entre les différents métiers (Souscription, Direction Technique, Gestion).

A PROPOS DE VOUS

De formation Bac+5 minimum spécialisée en assurance, vous possédez une bonne connaissance des marchés de la protection sociale et notamment de l’assurance personne en collectif ainsi qu’une expérience de 10-15 ans sur un poste similaire.

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre compétence commerciale et de négociation.

Vous travaillez en direct auprès de Grands Comptes (pas de courtage) et l'assurance collective (santé et prévoyance) n'a aucun secret pour vous.

Vous êtes rigoureux et disposez d’une bonne capacité d’autonomie, de coopération et d’un bon sens du résultat.
