CONTEXTE

La Direction Régionale des Ventes Grand Courtage recherche un Technico-Commercial motivé et expérimenté qui partage ses ambitions et son goût du challenge.

MISSIONS

Le Technico-Commercial assure la préparation de l’acte de vente et participe à la constitution du portefeuille et au suivi de la relation commerciale en étroite collaboration avec les commerciaux.

A ce titre :

Vous préparez l’acte de vente et organisez les rendez-vous commerciaux :

  • Vous prenez des RDV téléphoniques avec des prospects/clients pour les commerciaux
  • Vous assurez le suivi de la relation commerciale (relances, évolutions, montage des dossiers souscription)
  • Vous contribuez à l’analyse et à l’élaboration des cahiers des charges techniques
  • Vous participez à des réunions clients

Vous animez par un suivi régulier la relation commerciale en phase après-vente:

  • Vous créez et entretenez des contacts commerciaux réguliers et des relations à moyen terme avec les clients
  • Vous informez les clients sur le contenu, les conditions des contrats et les évolutions règlementaires
  • Vous vérifiez la rédaction des documents commerciaux
  • Vous suppléez, ponctuellement, le commercial dans la relation clients
  • Vous contribuez aux opérations de mise en production du contrat

Vous effectuez le suivi technique du portefeuille de contrats jusqu’à sa mise en gestion :

  • Vous assurez un rôle de contrôle technique et/ou juridique sur les contrats
  • Vous organisez et assurez la coordination entre les équipes de développement commercial et les services internes concernés
  • Vous contribuez à l’analyse des comptes de résultats des clients
  • Vous participez aux actions de renouvellement du portefeuille
  • Vous mettez à jour les indicateurs d’activités et de performance (tableau de bord, CRM, etc.)

A PROPOS DE VOUS

Titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Master 1/2 dans une filière commerciale ou d'un Master professionnel (techniques d'assurances, statistique, juridique, gestion, commercial…), vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 ans a minima dans des postes similaires et dans le domaine assurance et prévoyance des marchés collectifs.

Vous êtes doté d’un sens du relationnel vous permettant d’interagir avec différents interlocuteurs. Très organisé et sachant prioriser vos activités, vous avez le goût du challenge et du travail en équipe.

Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques.

Cartésien, votre rigueur et vos capacités d’analyse font partie de vos meilleurs atouts.

Volontaire, vous êtes force de proposition et appréciez l’autonomie.

Pédagogue, vous appréciez le contact humain et le travail en équipe.
