Apzinoties viedo tehnoloģiju ietekmi un milzīgo potenciālu, šobrīd starp LMT prioritātēm ir inovatīvu risinājumu attīstīšana ar dažādām tehnoloģijām, tostarp datorredzi. LMT Datorredzes un Mobilitātes bizness attīsta jaunus risinājumus eksporta un Latvijas klientu vajadzībām, izmantojot datorredzi, LiDAR un radaru tehnoloģijas. Šie risinājumi ievērojami atvieglo LMT klientu servisa operācijas, kā arī būtiski uzlabo drošību.

Lai nodrošinātu produktu komercializāciju un turpmāku attīstību, aicinām komandai pievienoties Risinājumu vadītāju.

Tavi pienākumi

  • Nodrošināt jaunu risinājumu (produktu) izveidošanu un attīstību atbilstoši uzņēmuma vajadzībām un klientu vēlmēm
  • Atbalstīt biznesa vadītāju stratēģijas, risinājumu izveides un uzturēšanas procesa īstenošanā
  • Sadarboties ar produktu izstrādes komandu, nodrošinot uzdevumu prioritizāciju un detalizāciju, kā arī skaidru komunikāciju par pieņemtajiem lēmumiem
  • Radīt, izvērtēt risinājumu ideju potenciāla izpēti un pārvaldīt ideju kartes
  • Veidot biznesa modeļus produktu attīstībai un uzturēt risinājumiem nepieciešamo dokumentāciju
  • Uzturēt ciešu saikni ar klientiem, iegūstot savlaicīgu atgriezenisko saiti par saviem produktiem un risinājumiem
  • Organizēt projektu darba grupas un piesaistīt partnerus attīstības ideju realizācijas virzībai
  • Veidot sadarbības tīklu un attīstīt partnerības
  • Sniegt priekšlikumus biznesa procesu uzlabošanai

No Tevis sagaidām

  • Nozarei atbilstošu augstāko izglītību vadības zinībās, telekomunikāciju, inženierzinātņu vai līdzvērtīgā jomā
  • Vismaz 3 gadu darba pieredzi produktu vadības vai pakalpojumu sfērā (kā priekšrocību izskatīsim pieredzi telekomunikāciju, elektronikas un informāciju tehnoloģiju nozares uzņēmumos)
  • Izpratni par produkta dzīves ciklu un tehnoloģiju gatavības līmeņiem (TRL), kā arī pieredzi risinājumu virzīšanā no idejas līdz komercializācijai
  • Pieredzi projektu vadībā vismaz 1 gads
  • Izpratni par informācijas tehnoloģijām
  • Interesi par jaunrades procesu un inovācijām
  • Pieredzi un prasmes organizēt savu un darba grupu darbu
  • Labas sadarbības prasmes
  • Ļoti labas latviešu valodas zināšanas un angļu valodas zināšanas komunikācijai ar ārvalstu sadarbības partneriem un klientiem
