VOTRE MISSION ET VOS DÉFIS - Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement technique stimulant où votre expertise fait réellement la différence ? Rejoignez notre équipe et devenez un interlocuteur clé pour nos clients dans l'identification et la fourniture de pièces de rechange destinées aux périphériques de machines-outils. - Grâce à vos compétences techniques et à votre sens du service, vous accompagnez nos clients dans la recherche de solutions adaptées à leurs besoins. Véritable lien entre les clients et nos différents services internes, vous contribuez directement à la satisfaction de notre clientèle et au bon fonctionnement des installations dans le monde entier. - Analyser les demandes clients afin d’identifier les pièces de rechange nécessaires, grâce aux plans, aux nomenclatures, aux schémas techniques et à la documentation existante - Établir des préconisations techniques adaptées au contexte d’intervention ou à la situation machine du client - Collaborer étroitement avec nos équipes SAV, Production, et R&D afin de répondre efficacement aux demandes les plus complexes - Participer à l'amélioration et à la gestion des données techniques relatives aux pièces de rechange - Établir et suivre les offres commerciales ainsi que les confirmations de commande - Organiser les envois en Suisse et à l’international

VOTRE PARCOURS ET VOS COMPÉTENCES - Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience réussie dans une fonction similaire au sein d’un environnement industriel - Vous maîtrisez le français ou l’allemand avec de bonnes connaissances de l’autre langue, ainsi que de bonnes bases en anglais. Des échanges réguliers dans ces trois langues feront partie de votre quotidien. - Titulaire d’un CFC technique, vous avez une bonne compréhension des machines-outils et de leur fonctionnement - Vous appréciez autant les aspects techniques que les activités commerciales et administratives liées au suivi des clients et des commandes - Vous vous démarquez par votre capacité à travailler avec la pression des délais et la débrouillardise est votre meilleur atout - De bonnes compétences interpersonnelles sont essentielles pour ce rôle, où vous serez amené à interagir régulièrement avec différents interlocuteurs, tant en interne qu'en externe - Vous maîtrisez le pack MS Office et avez des connaissances dans l'utilisation d'un ERP - Orienté clients et solutions, vous êtes proactif et organisé dans votre travail
