What You'll Do

  • Support Sales and customers throughout the order journey, from initial quote through to delivery.
  • Prepare and coordinate quotes, contracts, amendments and supporting documentation, including shipping documents, configuration sheets and conversion request forms.
  • Coordinate product and contract changes with Account Managers, keeping install-base records accurate.
  • Check order documentation for accuracy and release orders into production on time.
  • Track orders, deliveries and key milestones—including live, removal and conversion dates—resolving or escalating risks to customer timelines.
  • Maintain clear contract, sales-order and pipeline trackers, giving stakeholders an accurate view of progress, risks and next steps.
  • Work across Sales, Compliance, Finance, Legal, Production, Shipping and Field Service to resolve issues and keep orders moving.
  • Coordinate shipping documentation and monitor orders through to delivery.
  • Check compliance and customer payment status, support billing enquiries and liaise with Finance where needed.
  • Manage machine-movement tracking and associated orders using Smartsheet.
  • Communicate directly with customers and provide clear updates during order and contract meetings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation to support internal and external audit requirements.
  • Coordinate the creation and setup of new customer venues and sites, from approved request through to operational readiness.
  • Keep customer site records accurate, including customer details and relevant contact information.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve order-management processes.

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent attention to detail when handling orders, contracts and customer documentation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence working across teams and functions.
  • A proactive, practical approach to solving problems and removing obstacles.
  • Experience coordinating projects, orders or processes involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and working with business systems and data.
  • A customer-focused mindset and an understanding of how clear, professional communication creates a positive customer experience.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset, with the curiosity to challenge existing processes and find better ways of working.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Tableau or Smartsheet.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle.
  • Experience working across Compliance, Finance, Legal, Operations or Supply Chain.

Qualifications

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
